Then get started with our
easy design process that was created to make it just
that, Easy and Fun! Start by clicking on Design
your Ponytail Hat. Choose the
style and color of hat you desire, click next. You
will be automatically advanced to the next step of
choosing your hair style. Once you have selected your
hair style click the appropriate hair color and the
ponytail will be added to the hat. It’s that
easy. If you’re not satisfied with your selections,
click on start over and do it again. When you are
completely satisfied with your design, add your Ponytail
Hat to our secure shopping cart, enter your personal
information, click on the desired payment type and
proceed to check out. Most shipments are sent with
in 7 to 14 days, after payment has been processed.

Q: Do your hats come
in different sizes?
A:
Our Inspired By You™ Collection and Signature Collection are adult
sized caps, one size fits all. However, we do have an exclusive children’s
line Inspired By You Too™ that was specifically designed to fit
them, in a 1 size fits all children’s style cap. All hats in every style
regardless of the collection, has an adjustable fabric strap including a small
metal clasp in the back for easy adjustments and perfect sizing every time.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A:
We use USPS Priority Mail because your Ponytail Hat is individually created
at the time of your purchase, it takes a bit longer than the standard Priority
Mail. Shipping can take anywhere from 7-14 business days, however delays can
occur. International deliveries may take longer. Shipping time will be considered
from the point of time your order is received and payment completely processed.

Q: Do you ship to
other countries?
A: Yes, Inspired By You, Inc. has successfully
shipped our product around the world. For a complete description

Q: Why do Florida Residence have to pay Florida Sales Tax?
A: Because Inspired By You, Inc. is physically located in the State of Florida, we
are required by law to collect sales tax for sales to Florida Residence. Just
as if you were in a store making the purchase, you would be required to pay the
FL sales tax, and your local county surcharge tax if any applied. Don’t
worry when you go to check out, the tax is automatically calculated for you.
