Because every Inspired By You™ Ponytail Hat is individually made at the time you place your order, please allow 7-14 business days for your shipment to arrive to a U.S. address. Shipping could be slightly longer for International Deliveries.

If you place your order via Mail Order, Fax Order or By Phone Order the standard flat fee shipping rate applies. The Flat Fee Rate for UPS Ground shipping is $8.00 to a U.S. address and $18.00 for AK, HI and Puerto Rico deliveries.

We can not guarantee delivery date for APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) Military Addresses.

We do NOT take any responsibility for late shipments. If you need additional information, please contact us. Shipping time is calculated from the time your order is processed. If you are mailing your order, then please allow for time for your order to make it to our store.

Purchases will not be shipped until payment has been completely processed.
